Agreement to Terms
By creating an account or using Verosity, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
What Verosity Is
Verosity is a personal meaning and reflection tool. It helps you discover what matters to you and take action on it. It is not therapy, medical advice, financial advice, or legal advice. If you need professional help in any of these areas, please consult a qualified professional.
AI-Generated Content
Verosity uses AI models from Anthropic (Claude) for conversations and insights, and xAI (Grok) for background processing. Per Anthropic's API terms, data sent through their API is not used for model training. Per xAI's API terms, user inputs and outputs are not used for training any models and are automatically deleted within 30 days. No user data is retained by either provider for model improvement. AI-generated content is based on what you share with the app and may not always be accurate or appropriate. You are responsible for evaluating and acting on any suggestions. AI outputs are not professional advice.
Your Account
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You must provide accurate information when creating your account. You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page, which permanently removes all your data.
Your Data
You own the content you create in Verosity — your reflections, values, goals, and other personal data. We use your data only to provide and improve your personal experience as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your data.
Acceptable Use
Don't use Verosity to harm others, attempt to exploit the AI system, or violate any laws. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Service Availability
We aim to keep Verosity available at all times, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time. We'll try to give reasonable notice for significant changes.
Subscriptions and Auto-Renewal
Verosity offers a paid subscription called Verosity Premium, which unlocks the full memory engine, unlimited queries, the complete depth progression, and the insights page. Verosity Premium is available in two subscription lengths:
- • Monthly— $14.99 per month
- • Annual— $149.99 per year
Both subscription lengths include a 14-day free trial. Any unused portion of the free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal, at the same price, within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal at any time by going to your Account Settings in the App Store after purchase. Cancelling will take effect at the end of the current paid period.
By subscribing, you also agree to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA). Our handling of your personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple according to Apple's refund policies.
Limitation of Liability
Verosity is provided "as is." We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to decisions made based on AI-generated suggestions. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the preceding 12 months.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms. If we make significant changes, we'll notify you through the app or by email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States.
